ENCO Electronics

Phase I - First Meeting

Our first meeting establishes needs necessary to complete the project. We evaluate the different types of systems included in the project and the general layout of the facilities being constructed.

Phase II - Initial Design

After the first meeting’s needs assessment, and demonstrating how we can provide for them, our award winning staff of designers, electrical engineers, and master programmers design the system that appropriately fits those needs, meets all necessary code requirements, and works at or below the established budget.

Phase III - Trust

We want your business, but not until you’re convinced that we understand your needs and can provide accordingly. We realize there’s no reason for you to make a decision until you trust us, but once you see our attention to detail, and commitment to engineering and planning, we know you will.

Phase IV - Perfecting the Design

Now that you’ve decided to work with us, there will likely be addendums to the original plan. We will continue to communicate with the general contractor, architect, and owners, as we approach the next phase, to perfect the system design.

Phase V - Preparation

We know the importance of construction scheduling and momentum, as well as, the cost of lost momentum, so we’ll be working with the general contractor and architect to ensure that momentum is not lost. In the beginning of the wiring phase, we meet on-site to determine exactly where phone jacks, cable jacks, light switches, touch panels, etc. are supposed to be. We’ll also begin programming, and in some cases, staging the system in our in-house control room, as well as scheduling the time we need at the end of the project to install the system.

Phase VI - Completion

Construction is finished, owners have moved in, and furniture has been placed. Much of our completion phase now begins. We work with the general contractor, owner, architect, and interior designer to determine the best place for telephones and computers, modify lighting scenes, and work with staff members on functionality of the equipment (If they can’t show us how to work the system our job is not complete). We continue to work with the owner long after they’re in the facility as their needs change, or as they determine modifications that better suit day to day activities.
