ENCO Electronics

Phase I - First Meeting

We know you’ve invested countless hours looking, reading, and clipping to build a growing folder of ideas, and we know how important that folder and those ideas are to you. This is why in our first meeting, we just want to listen to you, understand your ideas, and show how we can help turn them into reality.

Phase II - Initial Design

After meeting with you, understanding your ideas, and demonstrating how we can help make those ideas reality, our award winning staff of designers, electrical engineers, and master programmers design the system that appropriately fits your needs, your ideas, and your established budget.

Phase III - Trust

We want your business, but not until you’re convinced that we understand your needs and you are excited about working with us. We realize there’s no reason for you to make a decision until you trust us, but once you see we love what we do, we know you will. You can trust what we say. You can trust our commitment to design, engineering, and planning. You can trust us with your home.

Phase IV - Perfecting the Design

Now that you’re excited about working with us, together we'll start the process of choosing colors, styles, and finishes for your system. We will continue to communicate with you as well as your builder, architect, and designer, as we approach the next phase, to perfect the system design.

Phase V - Preparation

We know the importance of proper construction scheduling and momentum, so we’ll be working with your builder and architect to ensure that this is accomplished. In the beginning of the wiring phase, we meet with you to determine exactly where you want phone jacks, cable jacks, light switches, touch panels, etc. We’ll also begin programming, and in some cases, staging your system at our in-house control room, as well as working with your builder to schedule the time we need at the end of the project to install your system.

Phase VI - Completion

Construction is coming to a close, you've started moving in, and some furniture is being put in place. Much of our completion phase now begins. We work with you to determine the best place for telephones and computers, modify lighting scenes, and have you show us how the touch panels and remotes work (If you can’t show us, then our job is not complete). We continue to work with you long after you are in the home as your needs change, or as you determine modifications that better suit your everyday life. Our goal is for you to have an extraordinary experience, and provide you the elements for a Grand Lifestyle.
