What to expect...
We have already mounted a fiber-optic connection point (NID) to the exterior of each Watersound home. Upon arrival at your appointment, the installation technician will discuss with you the possible points for bringing the fiber line into your home. This will either be directly through the 1st floor or exterior wall. The penetration only requires a 1/2" hole which will be sealed after fiber install is completed. If you already have a useable conduit into your home, this can possibly be used instead. NOTE: If you have another company that installed and manages your home network and WiFi, it would be best if you can schedule them for the same appointment time as well. ENCO can guarantee that high-speed service is delivered to your home and test verified with a direct connection to our fiber ONT device. However, we cannot control, manage or guarantee non-ENCO supplied network equipment. We will gladly work with you company to solve any network issues or if desired we provide professional network equipment and solutions as well.
